MR DARK has been working together since 2018, helping each other in their business and entrepreneurial endeavors. In 2020, they formed a partnership to invest in their home state by starting companies that create growth opportunities for employees, exceptional service for customers, and superior value for partners and vendors.
In 2021, MR DARK PSP became the exclusive franchisee for Pet Supplies Plus in Southern Idaho and launched our first store in Garden City in January of 2022.

Mike Greene
Mike is a seasoned commercial real estate broker and a partner at Boise-based TOK Commercial where he's won multiple Top Producer and Salesperson of the Year awards. He specializes in office and multifamily product sales and offers clients articulate, analytical, and effective representation.
Mike relocated to Boise in 2006 and joined Colliers International, earning rookie of the year honors. Over the last decade, Mike has focused on maximizing value for real estate investors. He routinely advises owners on leading-edge pricing, property positioning, and creating long-term investment strategies that support wealth generation and preservation.

Russ Whitney
Russ Whitney is the CEO and co-founder of IdeaRoom, a Boise-based software company providing 3D design, estimation, and purchasing experiences for consumers wishing to buy a building. IdeaRoom is Russ’s third successful entrepreneurial experience. The previous two culminated in an IPO and an acquisition by Microsoft.

Dan VanOrden
Dan VanOrden is the Chief Revenue Officer and co-founder of IdeaRoom. Dan's customer focus and passion for sales led IdeaRoom from finding product-market fit through rapidly growing sales across multiple vertical industries.
Prior to IdeaRoom, Dan was a Sr. Project Manager, Branch Manager, and Board Member at enterprise software consulting company Resource Data where he grew branch offices and led custom software projects for some of the world's largest companies.

Aaron Kramis
Aaron is President of Mountain Pacific Commercial Mortgage where he brings tremendous market research and knowledge to the firm. Aaron has underwritten over $800M in commercial loans for pension funds, life insurance companies, conduits, HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, commercial banks, and investment banks.

Ryan Montoya
Ryan Montoya is the Managing Partner for MR DARK. Ryan is a commercial and residential real estate investor and developer and runs his own successful transactional law practice. Ryan brings a diversity of experience to the MR DARK team with a background in law, real estate, government, and construction from his previous roles as a Bureau Chief of Real Estate Services, Associate Attorney, Project Manager, and Construction Superintendent.

Ken Gibson
Ken has spent the majority of his career building enterprise applications for companies such as Hewlett-Packard, Micron Technology, and Merrill Lynch. Ken founded a consulting company, DDBC, in 1997, working with clients primarily in the financial industry, followed by the founding of eHealthApp in 2005.
Ken holds a Bachelor in Computer Science from the University of Idaho and an MBA from Boise State University. Ken lives in Boise with his wife Magy and two boys. Older son Joe holds a degree in computer science and works at a local software company while younger son Mark studies computer science. Ken and Magy enjoy traveling, camping, and spending time on the Boise Greenbelt.
